Most recently, one of our Training Coordinators, Yasmin Park, has recently began a Graduate Apprenticeship in Business Management at Robert Gordon University. This four-year programme blends academic theory with practical, work-based learning. This gives Yasmin the opportunity to gain a BA Honours Degree while continuing her role at AGR.
The course combines online study with immediate, real-world application. This will allow Yasmin to further her business management skills while also contributing to our team. In order to participate in this programme, employers must provide a supportive work environment, mentoring, and collaboration with the university to ensure the apprentice meets all of the necessary learning outcomes. AGR is proud to partner in this journey, offering Yasmin the guidance and tools she needs to succeed.
