AGR – A rewarding place to work
Maybe you were one of approximately 500 million+ people to watch the FA Cup Final last Saturday, the first-ever contested between the two footballing giants, Manchester United and Manchester City. However, ten lucky members of the AGR team were among the 83k+ people to be inside Wembley Stadium for the spectacular occasion.
The trip to Wembley was a well-earned prize for the winners of an annual incentive run by AGR to reward those in the team that promote our values daily. Our values are important to us; they are displayed in each office, but they are more than simply words in a frame; they are at the core of the service we provide to every client daily. So, rewarding the people who demonstrate these qualities daily is a regular feature of working at AGR.
Saturday was a fantastic experience for our winners, something they’ll remember for many years, and they join a growing list of people who have enjoyed the rewards of working at AGR. In the past, we’ve taken winners to Dubai, Barcelona, Dublin, Paris, Madrid and Rome. We genuinely value our people and regularly acknowledge and reward their commitment to our values.
We have enjoyed incredible growth over recent years; now, as a Dulsco Group Company, we look forward to many more opportunities to expand globally, which means growing our team. By continuing to care about our people and rewarding them for their efforts, we can build on the calibre of people we already have as openings emerge in our offices worldwide.
